My husband and I had a short 6-day window of time for a quick vacation desperately seeking 'special' but couldn't decide on a destination. Cindi was a consummate professional, helping us plan a trip to Mexico for my mother's 70th birthday. Cindi was extremely thorough in her initial interview to find out our likes and dislikes about travel. She asked numerous questions about where we have been, what resorts and hotels we have liked and disliked and what we like to do when we travel. As important as telling us where we should stay was her advice NOT to stay someplace we had on our list. Her advice was rock solid, as we day-tripped this destination (her suggestion) and realized that we would have hated staying there. The place Cindi suggested we stay instead has turned out to be near the top of our all-time favorite places to visit and we shall definitely return there. We found Cindi through the recommendation of a trusted friend and are very glad that we did. The trip we just completed using all of her selected hotels was a dream come true visit to Florence, the Tuscan countryside and Forte dei Marmi on the Italian Riviera. - Gordon
